Final Sales
Due to the nature of tickets for live events, all sales are final. No cancellations or returns are allowed once payment is confirmed. Before making the payment, ensure that the date, event, and sector are correct.
Date or Sector Changes
If you need to change the date or sector, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help you through our support channels, but it is not guaranteed.
Cancelled or Postponed Events
If an event is definitively cancelled, the paid amount will be refunded. If the event is postponed or rescheduled, the tickets will be valid for the new date and no automatic refund will apply.
Limitation of Liability
SYSDUX LLC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TRAVEL, ACCOMMODATION, OR ANY OTHER RELATED EXPENSES IN CASE OF CANCELLATION OR DATE CHANGE OF AN EVENT.
