To purchase tickets, select the desired event and sector on our website. Then, contact us via WhatsApp or email to confirm availability and proceed with payment. The contract is perfected once payment is confirmed by us.
Prices and Payments
The prices shown on the website include all applicable management fees. Payments will be processed in the indicated currency and are subject to our payment providers' policies.
Ticket Delivery
Tickets are digital and delivered by email or WhatsApp before the event. The usual delivery time is between 24 and 48 hours before the start of the event, depending on the official organizer's issuance.
Limitation of Liability
SYSDUX LLC ACTS AS AN INTERMEDIARY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR CHANGES, POSTPONEMENTS, OR CANCELLATIONS BY THE EVENT ORGANIZER. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID FOR THE TICKET.
